With this Morocco 7 day tour that is affordable for young travelers, it’s time to discover Marrakech on your terms. Exists life on Mars if so? On this exciting one-week tour of Morocco, Marrakech, and its otherworldly surrounds, you might think you’ve found it. With other young travelers, explore the breathtaking Sahara, go rock climbing in Todra (no free soloing, sorry), and take in the breathtaking Atlas Mountains. On a tour you’ll never forget, explore the kasbahs and desert as you get separated from the herd.
Arrive at any time to Marrakech airport. This is your first day of your Morocco 7 day tour from Marrakech city. Prepare to go out on the town to capitalize on the commotion and excitement of moving to a new location. Take the good times to new heights as you relax and sip beverages on a rooftop bar. However, don’t let the breathtaking views of Marrakech keep you from getting to know your new travel companions and preparing for the exciting voyage that lies ahead.
As you leave Marrakech, observe the transition of the city to rocky hills and terracotta villages from your window. Arrive in Tinghir and disembark to explore the Mediterranean flora of Morocco while strolling through palm gardens. then take off for Mars. I’m joking. Enter Todra Gorge (might as well be Mars, though, with how other-worldly your surroundings will feel here). Sleep with the sound of a bubbling river and the wind catching in the palm trees beneath sheer cliff walls.
Explore the far-reaching, golden regions of the desert.
Your motel by the dunes will greet you with mint tea and a warm welcome.
Get on your camel and ride to the ideal vantage point above the dunes to watch the sunset paint the sky with shades of red, blue, and yellow.
After that, take in dinner and a night of entertainment by the campfire while gazing up at the stars.
As you hear tales about the area and traditional music being played on the drums, let your imagination go wild. We dare you to top this campfire experience.
It’s time to bid your camel farewell even though we know you’ve fallen head over heels in love with the desert lifestyle. Rise early to catch the dawn, then proceed to Ait Ben Haddou, one of the most famous and stunning kasbahs and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, by traveling along the Route of 1000 Kasbahs.
Choose to spend the morning taking a 4×4 adventure through the nearby settlements as well as exploring the dunes’ undulating golden sand even further. When you reserve your tour, you can pre-book an extra excursion.
Ready to move up a notch? Before entering Toubkal National Park, enter the spectacular High Atlas Mountains and travel through the Tizi n’Tichka pass (2260 m). Take to the winding roads like a pro while admiring the passing tiny towns from the windows. Put on your hiking shoes when you arrive in the tiny village of Imlil, where you will spend the night at a guesthouse. Enjoy the breath-taking surroundings, including the closeness to the craggy mountain peaks and the wonderful mountain air. After a homemade dinner made with regional ingredients in the salon, relax in your mountain guesthouse
After breakfast at your accommodation in Imlil, you will be picked up & drive to Marrakech, the “Red City,” in the morning. Explore the maze-like streets, opulent mansions, and lush gardens of this ancient city to uncover its many secrets. Relax at one of the many tea cafes located on the bustling square when the heat of the day gets to you (best people watching guaranteed). Consider going to the magnificent Musée de Marrakech, discovering the ruins of El Badi Palace, or strolling around the enormous botanical park known as Jardins Majorelle, which was created over a forty-year period. With an optional group meal at one of the well-known Djemaa el Fna food vendors, you can round off the day like a local.
Transfer to the airport depending on your fligh time. That’s the end of our memorable Morocco 7 day Tour.
